The role involves handling Problem/Incident Management, Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness, Application Monitoring, and Service Analytics and Reporting. The candidate will support both new and existing equipment and software, ensuring operational stability and efficiency.



Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Experience in technical support, Helpdesk, ATM servicing, or electronic banking operations.

  • Strong customer service skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Organizational skills and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
