Kitchen Assistant

Salary: Basic around $2300 -$3500

Working Location: Hamilton Road, Circular Road, McCallum Street and Jewel

Working Hours: 5.5 days, 9 hours shift (11am-10pm)(Morning & Afternoon shift) with one hour break

• Assist in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, peeling ingredients)
• Support chefs in cooking and meal preparation as directed
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Dispose of kitchen waste according to hygiene and safety guidelines
• Receive and store food supplies correctly
• Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or chef

• Prior experience in kitchen or F&B environment is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to carry 20kg goods
