Responsibilities:
- Attend to technical inquiries and provide technical support.
- Liaise with Europe based technical department.
- Attending to vessel when assigned.
- Investigation of technical issues and collaborate with the technical team based in Belgium
- Ensure that end-users are fully satisfied with service provided.
- Input data into internal system.
- Assist industry trials in accordance with client test protocol.
