About the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sourcing/recruitment experience, preferably for US-based roles.
  • Strong knowledge of US employment market trends and candidate expectations.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Familiarity with time zone differences and ability to work flexible hours to align with US schedules.
  • Experience sourcing for IT, Accounting/Finance, Engineering and customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of US compliance and hiring practices.
  • Ability to leverage AI-powered sourcing tools and social media platforms.
  • Willing for a night shift schedule.
