Junior Engineering Coordinator

Job Description
. Ensure required project tasks are smoothly coordinated between discipline engineers, design consultants & project representatives, internal departments and relevant authority agencies in compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

. Set up the required design deliverables of each project and ensure smooth execution of project tasks.

. Ensure required engineering documents are timely submitted as planned.

. Proactively liaise with engineers to develop engineering plans and manage submission schedules as required.

. Coordinate meeting between discipline engineers and/or clients and accurately conclude a sound action plan based on what has been discussed.

. Prepare & maintain an engineering cost tracker to record & track all cost associated with engineering activities.

. Maintain a log of submittals, request for information and potential change orders.
