  • Administer and manage Jira and JSM instances, including user management, permissions, and project configurations.
  • Customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and notifications to meet team needs.
  • Implement and maintain JSM projects, including service desk configurations, SLAs, and automation rules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
