About the Role

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Monitor daily/weekly _scheduled Informatica Cloud jobs for errors_, failures, and performance bottlenecks.
- Identify and troubleshoot job failures, performing basic root cause analysis (RCA) before escalating.
- Ensure timely escalation of persistent issues to developers and data engineers.
- Analyze job run times and identify opportunities for performance tuning.
- Assist in data flow optimization by working with developers on mapping and parameter tuning.
