IT Capacity Analyst

• The Capacity Analyst has a basic analytical and design orientation and acts in the role of the cell member.
• He has a creative, agile and digital mindset that he always adapts to the current needs with the appropriate development options.
• The capacity analyst is used where his knowledge and experience is required.

Key Activities

• Create capacity management reports and views in the capacity management tool based on specifications
• Customer advice and support in the use of capacity management reports and analyzes
• Provide customer advice and assistance in using the Capacity Management Tools and in creating the Capacity Plan
• Ensure the functionality of Capacity Management Tools, Reports and Views
• Effective teamwork and proactive communication with internal customers

Education

• University/University of Applied Sciences or equivalent professional experience
