- We are seeking an Applications Support professional to join our growing team.
- In this role, you will support large installations, including servers and applications, as well as other assigned software.
- You will be part of a highly collaborative team and receive mentorship from the Lead Application Support to further develop your skills.
Role Responsibilities
- Operations & Monitoring:
- Monitor system health, alerts, logs, and dashboards to proactively detect and triage incidents.
- Technical Troubleshooting:
- Investigate application-level issues and perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) to identify underlying faults.
- Incident Prioritization:
- Assess incident severity and business impact to prioritize critical issues for immediate resolution.
