Instruments Engineer - Maintenance
The Instruments Engineer - Maintenance is responsible for maintenance activities, project execution, resource and staff management, drawing on invaluable knowledge to ensure effective and efficient outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- Operation & Maintenance – Expertise in operation and maintenance of instrumentation systems, including transmitters, analyzers, control valves, PLC/DCS systems, SCADA, sensors, and field instruments. Knowledge of calibration, loop checking, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Project Management – Assist in the design, modification, and commissioning of instrumentation systems. Support CAPEX projects, ensuring timelines and cost control.
- Inventory Management – Evaluate critical spare parts for instrumentation, prepare material requisitions, and follow up with procurement to ensure availability of essential items.
