About the Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and maintain platform related systems within the Platform Team. This includes BAU tasks, handling of Incidents and project management.
To provide support for the platform applications:
Red Hat Identity Management (IdM)
Communication and Notification Platform (CNP)
K2 Workflow Infrastructure (k2)
EasiShare MXNet
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration Platform application to their applications.
Initiate or managed platform application related projects.
Provide technical support and guidance to application teams on platform application related issues.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in the platform applications supporting
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an ICT engineer with in-depth knowledge of listed platform applications.
