About the Role

Job Description

  • Responsible for providing the full spectrum of human resource functions with key focus on recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration and performance management.
  • Liaise with government authorities and agencies such MOM, ICA, CPF Board, etc. on employee related matters.
  • Manage the recruitment process and advertisement; arrange and conduct interview, on-boarding and off-boarding letters and other related matters.
  • Application and renewal on employee work passes
  • Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' records for accurate monthly manpower reporting and analysis.
  • Conduct exit interview and analyse data and makes recommendation for corrective action and continued improvement.
  • Responsible in administer monthly renewal of employment contracts.
