About the Role
HRnetGroup is one of Asia's largest staffing and HR solutions groups, and we're looking for someone who wants to get their hands into the full spectrum of HR — not just one slice of it. Your Key Responsibilities: Develop recruitment strategies, run group hiring initiatives, manage assessment centres, and close candidates. You'll also manage our internship pipeline — a direct feeder for future hires. Drive performance management, support career transitions, manage onboarding documentation and employment passes for foreign hires, and handle exits with empathy and precision. Contribute to L&D development, SOPs, system enhancements, business continuity planning, and people events that strengthen culture.
