About the Role

Human Resources (HR)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding processes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with company culture and labor laws.
  • Manage performance review cycles, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
  • Oversee the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with knowledge of labor legislation, implementing required changes to keep company

Administration

  • Oversee office operations, procurement, vendor management, and general administrative support.
  • Maintain and manage contracts, documentation, and employee records.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and employee wellness programs.
  • Ensure safe and efficient working environments in line with company policies.
