About the Role

Required Candidate

Profile:
  • Substantial experience in interacting with customers at all levels

  • Analytical, troubleshooting and PC skills (Win 7/Win XP, MS Office suite, Email, etc.) necessary

  • Basic knowledge and experience in – Network, Operating system, PC/Laptop/Printer troubleshooting

  • Customer service awareness and skills are must

  • Excellent communication and inter personal skills necessary

  • Mature, professional attitude with strong work ethics required

  • Attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Language Skills: 
    Good command in English & Arabic (Both writing & speaking) mandatory

    Professional Qualification: 
    University Graduates specialised in IT

    Experience: 1 to 2 years
