Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Healthcare Operations Director are:
- Acts as the subject matter expert on US healthcare outsourcing delivery models, including RCM, Claims, UM, and Patient Support.
- Supports presales and solution design , partnering with Sales on RFPs, client presentations, and aligning operational capabilities with client needs.
