- Team Management - Goals, Growth, Training and Development. Setting the right expectations to not only meet agreed deliverables but smash through them.
- Culture Shift > SEO First: Turn SEO into a key component of the leadership team, future direction and strategy
- Managing key tools and expenses associated with SEO and Covers.com to ensure teams have what they need and can drive forward at pace.
- Be the unblocker in SEO - consistently working to make sure processes are as smooth as possible, key operations and deadlines are met, helping to filter out the noise...
