About the Role

We are looking for a Ground Freight Execution Specialist to take full ownership of the customer experience by managing the end‑to‑end intermodal shipment lifecycle. This role supports high-volume, complex accounts and plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across domestic and cross-border transportation (Canada–U.S.).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full intermodal shipment lifecycle, including FTL and LTL, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
