Location: Piraeus, Greece (On-site)
Work Model: Monday – Friday (Rotating shifts 09:00 – 23:00)
Type: Full-time (Part-time options available upon approval)

The Role
You will be the voice of a global tech giant, assisting customers with innovative devices through phone, chat, and email. You'll handle everything from helping someone find their perfect new product to resolving delivery and after-sales inquiries.
