Finance Manager

Description

We are seeking a high-performing and strategic professional to drive corporate finance and M&A initiatives. This role requires expert-level financial analysis, strong project leadership, and the ability to clearly communicate strategic insights to executive leadership.

- Handle preparation of the company's annual budget, financial model actualization and outlook adjustments. 

- Provide valuation and analysis support to business units in valuing and analyzing businesses and executing transactions. Good grasp of valuation and prior financial modeling experience are highly desired.

- Manage the full cycle of M&A initiatives from strategy development until execution, making sure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

- Manage, advise and propose on dividend declarations and approval via preparation of presentation materials, information gathering and research.
