Field Service Engineer - Austin (Multiple Roles Available)

Job Summary:

Multiple Roles Available! Primary responsibilities will be to perform Service Support on FC-3100, SU3100, and SU-3200 toolsets. Some 200mm support may be required. Position will be based out of Austin area. Other regional and national support may be required from time-to-time. Salary Range: $36.00 - $50.00

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Daily activities include engaging in all SCREEN safety systems (SMBWA, Good Catch, Safety Stand-down, etc.), log checks, process history analysis, alarm check, in-fab and remote tool support, customer relations and support, data entry for tracking spreadsheets and tool manual information research for parts and tool upgrades.

The Field Service Engineer will be performing in-depth maintenance activities both preventive and as-needed repairs for failed components. FSE will work alongside customer MT’s and provide training and support as needed.
