About the Role
JOB MANDATE
Responsible for providing IT support to BDO branches, business units and subsidiaries, including problem identification, troubleshooting, and ticket documentation.
Address and resolve IT-related problem calls, projects, requests, and activities assigned.
Responsible for monitoring and escalating, as needed, issues and concerns raised by users and from immediate superior.
Respond to requests for service or assistance within service level standards.
Responsible for activity queue schedule, assignment, planning, supporting project implementation and other operational maintenance activities in the covered area.
