About the Role
Perform electrical and physical failure analysis (FA) on semiconductor devices using a range of analytical tools to identify defect mechanisms and support root-cause investigations. Conduct sample preparation and execute FA workflows, translating findings into actionable insights for engineering teams. Operate, maintain, and calibrate FA laboratory equipment, while supporting the development and optimization of analytical techniques and test recipes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process, Product, Design, Test) and document results through technical reports and presentations.
Requirements: Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Materials Engineering. At least 3 years of
hands-on failure analysis
experience in a
