Role Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of process maintenance and utility operators, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment, utilities, and facility systems in a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, team development, and continuous improvement across the plant.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development
+ Lead maintenance teams to maintain strong morale, safety culture, and high performance.
+ Provide coaching, mentoring, performance evaluations, and ongoing development for direct reports.
+ Ensure effective communication and employee relations across maintenance and production teams.
Maintenance Operations
+ Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for production lines, utilities, and facility systems.
