Expense Specialist

Job Description

• Expense budget management: Participate in the development of the annual expense budget, monitor the budget execution, analyze the reasons for any abnormalities, and drive improvement measures.
• Expense Data Analysis：Regularly prepare expense reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports), analyze data, and provide decision-making support.
• Expense invoice review：Responsible for reviewing daily expense reimbursement documents to ensure the authenticity, compliance, and reasonableness of the documents

• Bachelor's Degree on Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a similar field
