IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Manage troubleshooting and configuration activities for South Carrier and Corporate customers, including bandwidth adjustments, new deployments (PIB, L2-MPLS/DPLC, L3 MPLS, SIP), terminations, and BGP configurations. Ensure timely closure of IMs, RFIDs, and SDIDs through the SM Portal, manage International IPT client configurations including BGP establishment, and coordinate with field teams for resolution of customer-related issues.
