About the Role
A leader in the hospitality industry are looking for an Executive Chef to join one of their hotels based in Venda (Thohoyandou).
- Responsible for the administration and control of all Kitchen areas- Supervises Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties, Cooks and all other kitchen staff- Assists in menu planning, food purchasing, food cost control and various other assignments, i.e. menu pricing, banquets, etc..
