About the Role
- Provide assistance to the executives to conserve their time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters, minutes of the meetings, documents and initiating telecommunications.
- Manage executives appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and, teleconferences.
- Prioritize emails and reports, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Represent the executive by attending meetings in the executives absence and speaking for the executive.
- Maintain privacy and protect operations by keeping confidential information.
- Complete projects by assigning task to staffs and follow up on results.
- Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
