Job Summary

To manage the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of all Applications systems to enable the use of appropriate platform technology, as an integral and reliable component of business process within the country. Drive convergence of technologies, ensure delivery of technology projects associated with Applications, and liaise and negotiate with internal customers and technology vendors.

Accountability: Time split 40%

• Installs, upgrades, configures and troubleshoots desktop operating systems as required by dependent services.
• Installs, upgrades, configures and troubleshoots desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and other specialist banking applications as required by dependent services.
• Installs, upgrades, configures, backs up and troubleshoots application servers, file and print, Teller, and other such servers.
