KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare roofing estimates by reviewing architectural drawings, roofing plans, specifications, and related documents. Perform roofing take-offs (shingles, metal roofing, tiles, underlayment, flashing, insulation, accessories, labor, etc.). Prepare and present estimates using Plan Swift, Auto CAD, Bluebeam Revu, or similar estimation software.
