Estimator – Düsseldorf, Germany

The company is seeking a skilled Estimator / Kalkulator to support the delivery of industrial, commercial, and residential turnkey construction projects. The role focuses on cost estimation, BIM-based quantity take-offs, subcontractor procurement, and commercial risk evaluation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the independent cost calculation of turnkey building construction projects

Development of budgets and cost estimates using 3D BIM models

Creation of quantity take-offs and cost planning using Allplan (Nemetschek), Nevaris, or comparable tools

Preparation of service specifications in accordance with German standards (VOB/BGB/DIN)

Obtaining, analysing, and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations

Participation in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors

Identification and evaluation of risks, opportunities, and cost variations
