About the Role
As an Engineering Manager – AirAsia Ride, you’ll lead cross‑functional engineering squads responsible for building and scaling our ride‑hailing platform. You oversee systems spanning mobile (React Native), backend (Node.js), real‑time services, job assignments, payments, and operational tooling. This hands‑on leadership role combines people management, technical direction, and delivery ownership to ensure a seamless, reliable, and delightful experience for both riders and drivers.
