**Electrical Technician**
**Location:** Elkhart, IN
**Job Type:** Temp-to-Perm
**Hourly pay:** 30–45 hour / OT 1.5
**Eligibility Requirements:**
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
+ Must be local to the Elkhart, IN area
**Position Summary:**
The Maintenance Technician performs preventive electrical and mechanical maintenance, and restores, repairs, or replaces faulty or inoperative equipment as needed.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Assemble, evaluate, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and apparatus
+ Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment
+ Construct and fabricate parts using hand tools and specifications
+ Read and interpret electrical and electronic blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
+ Advise management on continued use of unreliable or unsafe equipment
+ Perform and document calibrations on electrical equipment
+ Tune drives on various equi...
