Rotation: Site-based with periodic R&R
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer or Senior Construction/Project Manager to lead the construction and engineering governance of a major High Voltage (HV) Substation Project supporting a large copper mining operation.
This is a senior site leadership role responsible for coordinating a workforce of 200+ construction personnel , managing contractors, ensuring design compliance, and overseeing construction, commissioning, and project delivery.
Key Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred. Minimum 15 years' experience in engineering, construction, or project management. Proven experience on HV substation, power distribution, or electrical infrastructure projects . Strong mining, industrial, or heavy infrastructure project background.
