A Day in the Life
As an Educator for Redken & Matrix, reporting to the National Education Manager, you will be the face of our brands in salons across Auckland. You will be a visible ambassador, delivering inspiring education that grows technical skills, builds brand desirability, and drives commercial performance.
Responsibilities
- Training & Coaching: Deliver engaging in‑salon, workshop, and virtual training sessions to upskill stylists on our products, services, and retail routines.
