About the Role
Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Ecommerce Manager to own conversion rate optimization (CRO) and ecommerce execution across multiple Shopify brands.
This is a dual‑role position combining:
- CRO strategy and experimentation ownership
- Ecommerce task and project management
This role reports directly to the Director of Ecommerce and works closely with internal developers, designers, and brand stakeholders to drive measurable revenue growth.
You will define, prioritize, manage, and measure experimentation. Developers will execute technical implementation.
Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to: Director of Ecommerce
- Works cross‑functionally with: Development, Design, Paid Media, Retention, and Brand teams
- No direct reports initially
