DTC E‑Commerce Lead & CRM Growth Specialist

A leading e-commerce firm in Madrid is seeking an experienced E-commerce Lead to own and manage their direct-to-consumer channels. In this role, you will optimize the shopping experience, develop strong CRM strategies, and work with various teams to boost customer retention and improve performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of e-commerce or CRM experience and hands-on knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo. This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring presence in the Barcelona office at least twice a week.
