Position: Dry End Shift In-charge

Location: Kashipur, Uttarakhand

Role: Responsible for ensuring smooth and uninterrupted dry end operations during the shift while maintaining production targets, quality standards, and safety compliance. The role involves monitoring machine performance, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, minimizing downtime, supervising shift manpower, and ensuring proper housekeeping and process discipline. The incumbent will also be responsible for achieving optimum productivity, handling operational issues efficiently, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality finished products.

Qualifications: Engineering Graduate or Diploma in Pulp & Paper or Chemical Engineering.

Experience : 4+ years of experience with paper or paperboard machines with online coating.
