Job Responsibilities
1.Driver Onboarding & Training
- Coordinate onboarding processes including document verification, training schedules, and operational briefings.
- Ensure all new drivers understand company SOPs, service standards, and delivery procedures.
2.Driver Performance Management
- Monitor driver performance metrics such as attendance, delivery completion rate, punctuality, and customer feedback.
- Identify performance gaps and implement coaching, retraining, or disciplinary actions when necessary.
3.Driver Engagement & Retention
- Maintain good relationships with drivers and address operational concerns to improve engagement and retention.
- Support initiatives to improve driver satisfaction, productivity, and loyalty.
