Job Description
Drive sales, manage the field team, and build strong relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, and key doctors across the assigned territory (NCR / Pampanga / South Luzon).
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Manage and supervise sales representatives
Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies
Handle key accounts and institutional sales
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Conduct team training and performance reviews
Ensure product availability and stock movement
Track collections and support payment follow-ups
Submit weekly and monthly reports
Job Requirements
3–5 years experience in pharma sales
Experience managing a sales team
Strong network with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies
Good leadership and communication skills
