Director - Patient Analytics (Real World Evidence (RWE) & Data Science)

Job Description

POSITION: We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director / Director – Data Science to lead advanced analytics initiatives leveraging real-world data (RWD) such as claims, EMR/EHR, and other healthcare datasets. This role will focus on generating actionable insights across patient populations, provider behavior, disease progression, and treatment outcomes , enabling evidence-based decision-making across medical affairs, market access, and commercial strategy. This leader will drive end-to-end RWE strategy, advanced analytics solutioning, and client engagement , while building scalable capabilities across patient analytics, outcomes research, and predictive modeling.
