Datacenter Operations Consultant

Responsibilities

The Datacenter Operation team will be responsible for the end-to-end discovery, build, testing, and operational management of file transfers and batch processes. The scope includes:

File Transfer Operations

Atomic & Batch Job Management

EOD / EOM Operations

Testing and Validation

Job Scheduling and Automation

• Enterprise Workload Automation: Proficiency in industry-standard job scheduling tools (e.g., BMC Control‑M, Broadcom AutoSys, Automic/UC4, or IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler).
• Scripting & Automation: Strong scripting abilities (Bash, Shell, Python, or PowerShell) to create, wrap, and automate atomic jobs and batch processes.
• Dependency Management: Expertise in configuring complex job dependencies, time‑based scheduling, and event‑driven triggers.
