Mandatory (Core Requirements)

8+ years of data engineering experience in large-scale environments

Strong SQL (expert level) for transformations and performance tuning

Strong Python for ETL/ELT and data pipelines

Experience with Spark (preferably Databricks)

Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Glue, EMR/Lambda, IAM) and Redshift

Experience building scalable data pipelines for AI/ML/analytics

Expertise in data modeling & architecture (lakehouse, dimensional models, etc.)

Strong experience in data integration / stitching from multiple sources

Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, etc.)

Knowledge of data governance, quality, lineage, and metadata
