Data Center IT Operations Manager-Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Manage Alibaba Data Center IT operations, involved in Data Center build-outs and scaling.Ensure business stability, balanced consideration of operation and maintenance quality, efficiency, cost and safety;
• Recommend, document, and oversee policies and procedures to meet industry best practices and to meet required SLAs.
• Coordinate external vendors, ensure the resource’s supply and delivery, match business’s growth.
• Responsibility for outsourcing and vendor management of colocation Data Centre services providers to meet or exceed contracted performance SLA’s.
• Knowledge of 24x7 onsite support procedure, continuous improvement of operational processes, procedures, methods, and tools.
• Responsibility for optimizing the IT operation and maintenance work of the data center, and formulating the operation and maintenance management system, SOP and EOP.
