Job Description
FAITHM Printers & Services and Faithmarco Technologies Inc. are seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Success & After-Sales Manager responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing corporate clients under the company’s Managed Print Services (MPS) and IT solutions.
The role ensures that clients receive reliable service support, remain satisfied with the company’s solutions, and continue their partnership through contract renewals and service expansion.
In addition to managing after-sales and customer success initiatives, the Manager will also identify and pursue opportunities for additional orders and outright sales of printers, IT equipment, and related solutions within existing accounts.
