Customer Success

The purpose of this role is to manage and nurture client relationships while serving as the central connector between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate ensures outstanding campaign strategies are delivered, client communications are seamlessly managed, and performance is continuously pressure-tested — all while contributing to the growth of the agency through new business development.

What will I be doing?

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients.
• Ensure client needs, expectations, and performance goals are consistently met.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and efficiency in all interactions.
• Proactively ask the right questions to anticipate and address client needs.

Team Coordination

• Ensure a cohesive and strategic approach across all campaigns
• Manage project coordination through Asana.
