About the Role

Arbitrail is expanding! We are hiringCustomer Service Representativesto join our growing BPO team.

We're looking for professionals who are passionate about customer service, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are driven to meet performance goals.

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Schedule: Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months BPO experience or customer service experience
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM. Ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound calls as needed.
