About the Role

At Getnet, we are looking for a CRM Consultant to join our team in São Paulo , in a hybrid model (3x in-person) . You will work in CRM Analytics with a focus on data science applied to customer journeys and behavior. You will be responsible for transforming data into actionable diagnoses and insights to support CRM, activation, and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Construction of diagnoses and analyses of the customer base
• Identification of offenders and activation opportunities
• Development of segmentations and analytical models
• Generation of insights for CRM and business areas
• Translation of data into strategic action plans
