About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain detailed cost breakdowns of project budgets following company protocols and standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed breakdowns of actual versus budgeted costs.
- Prepare cost forecasts
- Prepare reports, documentation and presentations according to company standards and protocols.
- Support the Project Manager and Accounting area when required.
- Coordinate departments and support them when necessary.
- Collect information from different internal stakeholders.
- Identify risks and opportunities and ways to overcome or enhance them respectively.
Also, will support our Planning area:
- Develop timelines and update monthly project schedules and progress for each project.
- Prepare project alert procedures to meet project milestones and cost.
