Cook/Steward(ess)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced crew member to join our 22m modern-classic sailing yacht based in Palma de Mallorca.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the captain as the yacht's second crew member on a mixed private and charter program.

The role is approximately:

• 50% Cook
• 25% Stewardess
• 25% Deckhand (sailing experience required)

Requirements

• Previous yachting experience
• Confident preparing fresh, and high-quality meals
• Strong housekeeping and guest service skills
• Sailing experience and the ability to assist with deck operations, docking, line handling, and general yacht maintenance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• STCW required
• ENG1 required
• Fluent English
